When you receive the email, click on the special link, and you will be taken to a page where you can login to your account using the security question and answer you gave to us when you signed up. You will then be able to choose a new password.

If you have forgotten both your password and your security answer, we are sorry but there is nothing further we can do to help you. There is no other way for us to verify your ownership of the account.
